The location was mind-blowing! Walking distance to all the historic areas and the metro. Flavio, our host, was super helpful and easy to reach. He even prepared us a jaw-dropping breakfast for our early flight. Definitely recommend staying here in Rome!

I always come back to my favorite place in Rome. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, welcome drink, airport shuttle. I'm coming back for another trip.

Had a great time in Rome! The owner was super helpful and gave us a lot of insider tips and recommendations. He even provided us with a map and showed us the must-visit places. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and also close to the hop-on hop-off bus stop. Plus, the wifi was fast and reliable.

The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet could be a bit tricky to use for people with bigger bottoms. I would have liked some bigger chairs or armchairs in the room for extra comfort.

I recently stayed at a beautiful B&B in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Flavio, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. He gave us great recommendations on what to do in Rome and even helped us with parking. The personal touch of the owner was also appreciated, as he provided us with a map and recommendations for restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with a nearby metro station and a Vatican hop-on hop-off bus stop even closer. it was a wonderful stay and I would book again if visiting Rome.

Felt very homey, no complaints

This B&B exceeded all expectations - modern, secure, and bright with a super comfy bed. The Romantica room was spacious, and amenities like towels, toiletries, and tea making facilities were provided. The breakfast by Valentino was continental and of excellent quality, with fried eggs, bread, hams, and cheeses. Flávio, the owner, was amazing, providing airport transfers and helpful information on where to eat and what to see. The price was great, and the location near the Colosseum was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

The room at Viale Del Colosseo was absolutely amazing! It had clean towels, a hairdryer, and soap. Plus, there was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. The private bathroom had a shower, toiletries, and even a hairdryer. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance, and the spacious double bed was incredibly comfortable. we felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel!

Personally, we found the size of the bathroom a bit small, but others may still appreciate its functionality.
